CSCS Traffic Marshal / Banksman
We are seeking an experienced and safety-conscious CSCS Traffic Marshal to manage vehicle access and traffic flow on a fast-paced construction site in Wyke, Surrey (GU12).
Key Responsibilities:
*
Direct heavy site traffic, plant machinery, and delivery vehicles safely into and out of the site using standard hand signals and radio communication.
*
Manage vehicle access gates and log all incoming and outgoing site deliveries.
*
Ensure safe pedestrian routes are maintained and maintain clear exclusion zones around working machinery.
*
Work alongside site managers, contractors, and crane/plant operators to maintain site health and safety standards.
Requirements:
*
Valid CSCS Card (Green Labourer or skilled card).
*
Valid Traffic Marshal / Banksman Certificate.
*
Full PPE (Hard hat, high-vis trousers & vest, steel-toe boots).
*
Proven experience working on active construction sites.
*
Strong communication skills, punctuality, and high attention to detail.
