CSCS Welfare Labourer | Rushden, Northamptonshire

Are you looking for a consistent part-time role to fit around your schedule? We are seeking a reliable Welfare Labourer for a site in Rushden to maintain high standards of hygiene and site facilities.

The Essentials

Location: Rushden, Northamptonshire

Pay Rate: £16.50ph (Umbrella) OR £14.12ph (PAYE)

Hours: Part-Time (2 hours per day, Monday to Friday)

Start Date: ASAP

Duration: Ongoing work

What You'll Be Doing

As a Welfare Labourer, your primary focus is the upkeep of the site's communal and sanitary areas:

Cleaning Facilities: Daily cleaning of site toilets, changing rooms, and canteen areas.

Hygiene Maintenance: Ensuring soap, blue roll, and sanitiser dispensers are fully stocked.

Waste Management: Emptying bins and maintaining general cleanliness of the office and welfare units.

Site Standards: Ensuring a safe and hygienic environment for all site staff.

Candidate Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

A valid CSCS Card.

The ability to provide references from previous employers.

Valid Right to Work in the UK.

Reliability and a thorough approach to cleaning tasks.
