Curriculum Administrator
Location: Rotherham
Contract Type: Permanent, Full-Time
Salary: £23,971 per annum
We are currently seeking a highly organised and proactive Curriculum Administrator to join a busy administration team. This is a fantastic opportunity to support both staff and learners, ensuring the smooth running of curriculum operations while providing outstanding service to internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide administrative support to an academic department, with flexibility to cover other areas.
*
Monitor and chase student attendance, supporting behaviour and disciplinary processes.
*
Maintain accurate and timely data for funding and reporting purposes.
*
Arrange meetings, take minutes, and manage timetables.
*
Liaise with employers, learners, and partners as required.
*
Support Community & ESOL provision with administration.
*
Assist at key events such as awards evenings and graduation.
*
Cover reception and switchboard duties when needed.
Requirements:
*
Previous administration experience (education sector desirable).
*
Minimum Level 2 qualification in Business Administration/Customer Service (or equivalent).
*
Excellent organisational and time management skills.
*
Confident user of Microsoft Office and data systems.
*
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
*
Professional, confidential, and customer-focused approach.
*
