Curriculum and Performance Manager

Remote role with travel to Northwest/Greater Manchester
We are seeking a Curriculum/Performance Manager
Must understand apprenticeship delivery, funding guidance, data, staff performance, Trade/Engineering/Automotive/Construction background
JOB ROLE
* Day to day delivery of the curriculum including the management of the learning coaches in the engineering and automotive part of the curriculum
* Ensuring caseloads are in line with learner to staff ratio
* Staff inductions
* Conducting monthly performance management reviews based on learner experience and quality outcomes
* Ensuring initial assessment and induction for all learners, to ensure on the right programme and level
* Monitor retention of learners, acting in line with the retention strategy
* Develop and embed an innovative curriculum with supporting schemes of work and learning resources
* Hold quarterly standardisation meetings to ensure the intent, implementation and impact of the learner journey processes is consistent across the curriculum
* Plan assessments, exams and EPA across the curriculum ensuring invigilation if organised
* Ensure planning, delivery, marking, assessment, and feedback is high quality
* Embed English, Maths, and ICT/digital skills delivery across the curriculum
* Provide ongoing CPD in line with QTLA outcomes
* Liaise with awarding body organization to ensure changes are reflected in the curriculum
ESSENTIAL FOR THE ROLE
* Experience of creating and delivering high quality learning programmes
* Hold or working towards Certificate in Education
* Vocational experience in one curriculum area of responsibility
* Knowledge and understanding of relevant quality assurance systems particularly the education inspection framework
BENEFITS:
* Salary is £37,750 plus guaranteed car allowance of £4250 = £42,000 per annum
* Mileage paid 25p per mile.
