Location: Belvedere, London
Salary: Dependent on Experience
Hours: 37 Hours per week
Contract: Temp role until February 2026
About the Role and Client:
We are recruiting on behalf of a leading educational institution for a strategic leader to oversee Construction and Engineering departments, including Electrical Installation, Motor Vehicle, Carpentry, Plumbing, and Brickwork.
You will shape curriculum, drive growth, and ensure outstanding teaching and learner success across all campuses.
Responsibilities:
* Provide inspirational leadership to improve teaching, learning, and assessment
* Develop and implement innovative, cost-effective curriculum models aligned with labour market needs
* Manage cross-site teams, budgets, and resources effectively
* Build strong employer and stakeholder partnerships
* Ensure compliance with quality standards, safeguarding, and health & safety
* Drive continuous improvement through performance management and CPD programmes
* Lead on English and Maths integration across all programmes
* Deliver against agreed KPIs and growth targets
Candidate Requirements:
* Proven leadership experience in education or vocational training
* Strong knowledge of STEM curriculum and sector developments
* Excellent communication, organisational, and strategic planning skills
* Ability to manage budgets and resources effectively
* Commitment to equality, diversity, and safeguarding
* Enhanced DBS within the last three years
