Lead and coordinate high-quality delivery of English and Maths
Manage and support a team of lecturers and support staff
Ensure excellent teaching, assessment, and student achievement
Track learner progress and oversee verification and compliance
Contribute to curriculum design and innovation
Promote high expectations, positive behaviour, and learner morale

A relevant degree and a Level 5 teaching qualification
Strong FE/secondary teaching experience with proven learner outcomes
