Location: Limerick (Hybrid)
Contract Type: 6 Months

The Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Custody Client Service Change Management Analyst. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting the Client Service team by generating insights that facilitate informed decision-making. This position focuses on nurturing both internal and external client relationships, ensuring the delivery of superior service to a growing client base.

Key responsibilities include:

Identifying internal process opportunities and employing LEAN principles to enhance efficiency within the organisation.
Delivering enhancements and projects that align with departmental strategy.
Developing and maintaining comprehensive project plans, tracking deliverables effectively.
Collaborating with internal teams and stakeholders to pinpoint areas for improvement.
Identifying and implementing automation opportunities to bolster operational efficiencies.
Assisting team members consistently to ensure proactive and unparalleled service to clients.
Upholding the highest standards of integrity, accountability, and client service across the global GFS business. 

Skills and Experience
The ideal candidate will possess:

Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, with a strong requirement for experience in building macros.
Familiarity with Power BI is preferred but not essential.
Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to persuade and influence change and best practises.
Strong analytical skills complemented by report-writing capabilities.
Effective communication skills to engage with partners and clients at all levels.
A strong team player attitude and a positive, 'can do' mindset.
A keen interest in working on projects aimed at improving efficiency, effectiveness, and overall productivity.
