Location: Kidderminster
Hours: Monday – Friday 07:30 – 17:00 + Overtime
Salary: £25,500 - £28,000 per annum

The Role:

The Responsibilities of a Framer:

To Frame customer orders with precision and attention to detail
*
Photograph new framed stock for marketing and online listings
*
Conduct quality checks on each framed product before despatch
*
Work to daily and weekly production targets to ensure timely delivery
*
Contribute to a positive, team-driven culture focused on quality and excellence
The Requirements of a Framer:
*
Framing or hands-on workshop experience (preferred, but not essential – training available)
*
Strong attention to detail and pride in producing high-quality work
*
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
*
Passion for sport or interest in memorabilia is a bonus
*
Willingness to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends when required
