Are you an experienced business customer account advisor who listens well, understands the needs of customer and can think on their feet to provide the best solutions to issues raised ? If so this could be the opportunity for you ! Great company to work for with excellent career prospects.
Day to day as a customer account advisor you will be :
* Speaking to business customers over the phone to resolve any issues that may have arisen
* Inbound call handling
* Provide solutions to business customers which are mutually agreeable moving forward
* Update the in house system with any progress
You will be a good listener, resilient with a good level of customer service experience and have a level of common sense to be able to look at the bigger picture when providing solutions - Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:00pmBefore You Apply
