Job Description

A leading consultancy-based business on the outskirts of Hemel Hempstead is looking for an enthusiastic and tenacious Customer Success Account Manager to join their team. Our client is an ethical, tech company providing an online guidance platform for customers around the world. The ideal candidate will have a keen interest in technology, will be able to learn and teach others about their products and will be able to engage with customers at all levels. Due to the location, you must be a driver. What’s in it for you? · Salary: Up to £30k · Hours: Monday – Friday 9am-5pm - WFH on Monday and Friday · 26 days holiday increasing to 29 · Bonus scheme, tax free! · Excellent training and continual support · A beautiful office environment · Relaxed dress code · Annual company event · Free parking Key Responsibilities: · Work with the Chief Customer Officer to develop proactive sales strategies and customer engagement campaigns · Prospect for new business opportunities and convert sales leads for products and services, working to a given revenue target · Provide a sales demonstration of products and services when relevant · Onboard new customers onto Morrisby products, and provide ongoing support to ensure that our products are fully embedded · Manage an allocated base of customers and work to a given revenue target to ensure renewals of contracts · Use contact tools and systems to manage the day-to-day running of the business. These include, but are not limited to, the CRM Pipedrive, TMO software, Xero, Freshdesk and ClickUp · Answer inbound communication from current and prospective clients · Assist new and existing customers to embed the products through a combination of consultancy, training, and technical support · Respond to customer queries regarding product functionality · Process orders in preparation for monthly invoicing using Xero · Support the preparation of training materials for publication on the support site and for general circulation · Assist with the overall company success and sales strategy as well as marketing messages · Attend training to develop knowledge, techniques, and skills. · Provide feedback and input into ongoing product development and improvement What the employer is looking for: · Have a high attention to detail and the ability to understand technical information · Customer Service/Sales experience · Enjoy speaking to customers, thrive on understanding and solving their problems, and have excellent verbal and written communication skills. · Strong professional customer sales and service competence, with communication and interpersonal skills that motivate team members and inspire confidence in colleagues. · Ability to work under pressure and use initiative · Tech-savvy and have a genuine interest in software products. · Ability to escalate and liaise with senior management. · Excellent internal and external stakeholder management skills Red Door Recruitment is committed to encouraging equality, diversity and inclusion among our workforce, and eliminating unlawful discrimination.
