ABOUT YOU
Proven experience in Business Development, Account Management or B2B Software Sales
A natural hunter with a passion for winning new business and opening doors
Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple opportunities, priorities and projects simultaneously
Commercially astute with strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
Passionate about delivering an exceptional customer experience from first conversation through to onboarding and account growth
Self-motivated and capable of working autonomously whilst contributing positively to a growing team
Confident engaging with stakeholders at all levels and communicating complex solutions in a simple, compelling way
Resilient, proactive and driven by achieving ambitious growth targets

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead the commercial launch and go-to-market strategy for an innovative new software platform
Identify, develop and convert new business opportunities across targeted sectors
Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, managing opportunities through the full sales cycle
Deliver product demonstrations and communicate the value proposition effectively to prospective customers
Develop strong relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholders
Manage the onboarding process to ensure a seamless customer experience and successful adoption of the platform
Act as the voice of the customer, feeding market insight and customer feedback back into the business
Create and execute account development plans to maximise customer retention and revenue growth
Collaborate closely with technical and operational teams to ensure successful implementation and customer satisfaction
Monitor market trends, competitor activity and industry developments to identify future growth opportunities
Contribute to the ongoing development of sales processes, commercial strategy and customer success initiatives
