Customer Account Manager - Champion of Customer Satisfaction
📍 Location: Halstead | 💰 Salary: Starting £28,000

Are you a people-person with a spark? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same? We're on the hunt for a Customer Account Manager who's ready to take ownership, build strong relationships, and bring energy and innovation to our customer experience.
🔑 What You'll Be Doing:
Be the first point of contact for all customer queries - your voice will be the one they trust.
Liaise with customers to understand their needs, trade requirements, and process orders.
Educate customers on how to manage their orders via our system - empower them!
Plan lead times and prioritise customers based on storage and order urgency.
Maintain real-time communication to keep everything running smoothly.
Spot customer trends and act on them.
Amend and cancel customer orders as needed.
Create order packs and ensure all documentation is accurate and complete.
Handle general admin duties including filing, emails, printing labels, and inputting data.
Update SKU numbers and maintain system accuracy.
Work closely with the warehouse team to ensure orders are picked, packed, and dispatched on time - your coordination will be key to keeping everything moving.
