Are you passionate about helping people and making a real difference?
We are looking for a Customer Adviser to join forward thinking and growing business based in central Cardiff. In this role, you'll support customers with care, clarity, and empathy, helping them find the right solutions when they need assistance most.
What you'll be doing:
Supporting customers who are struggling to keep up with payments, understanding their situation, and guiding them to the right solutions.
Working with customers to create realistic repayment plans or other tailored support.
Handling customer contacts across phone, chat, and email, ensuring every interaction feels personal, helpful, and fair.
Collaborating with other partners who assist customers in finding solutions.
Working with the team to share ideas, spot patterns, and contribute to refining processes.
Being customer-focused, empathetic, and always committed to doing the right thing for customers.
What we're looking for:
Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly.
Empathy and patience when handling sensitive situations.
A problem-solving mindset with the ability to offer practical solutions.
Team players who enjoy collaborating and sharing ideas.
Previous customer service or contact centre experience is desirable but not essential, full training will be provided. Experience interacting with and helping customers is essential.
