Job Description
We’re excited to be supporting a trusted long-term client who is looking for a Customer Advisor to join their welcoming and energetic team. This is a full-time, office-based opportunity, perfect for someone who enjoys being part of a supportive, close-knit business with a brilliant family feel.
Day-to-day, you’ll be:
* Speaking with customers over the phone (outbound calls)
* Sharing information about products and services
* Handling incoming emails in a timely manner
* Updating and maintaining internal systems
* Helping with general office administration
