Customer Care Coordinator
£26,000 to £28,000 dependant on experience
Full Time Hours - 8.30am to 4.45pm with a 45 min lunch break - 37 hour week
Fully office based with hybrid after probation
Bury Location - free parking on site

We’re recruiting on behalf of a well-established engineering and manufacturing business that supports customers across the UK and internationally. They’re looking for a Customer Care Coordinator to join their friendly and supportive team.
You will be joining a team of 5 to deliver excellent customer service to clients on a daily basis. The ability to work well with colleagues and other departments is essential in this role as the company thrive on collaborating and working together.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Processing customer orders accurately from start to finish
Responding to customer queries via phone, email, and chat
Preparing and sending quotations
Building strong relationships with customers and ensuring their needs are met
Providing product information and support
Keeping detailed records of customer interactionsWhat We’re Looking For:

Ideally, you’ll bring:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good numeracy and attention to detail
Confidence using Microsoft Word and Excel
