The Role:
As a Customer Care Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting our homeowners post-completion. Acting as the main point of contact, you will manage customer queries, coordinate remedial works, and ensure that any issues are resolved quickly and efficiently, maintaining our reputation for excellent customer care.
Key Responsibilities:

Handle incoming customer care queries via phone and email
*
Log and track defects and service requests using our internal systems
*
Liaise with site teams, contractors, and suppliers to arrange and monitor remedial works
*
Ensure all work is completed within agreed timescales and to a high standard
*
Provide regular, proactive updates to customers throughout the resolution process
*
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer communications and actions taken
*
Support the wider Customer Care team with administrative duties as required
What We’re Looking For:

Previous experience working within a housing developer or housebuilding environment is essential
*
Proven experience in a customer service, coordination, or aftercare role
*
Strong organisational and time-management skills
*
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
*
A calm, professional, and customer-focused approach
*
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
*
Ability to work full-time in our Banbury office (Monday to Friday)
