Customer Care Coordinator – Northampton (National House builder)
Full-Time | Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:30pm
Join our 5★ Customer Service rated team and be part of something special! We’re looking for a dedicated Customer Care Coordinator to support our customers and colleagues at our Northampton office. You’ll be joining a friendly, professional team within a national property developer, where delivering exceptional service is at the heart of everything we do.
What you’ll be doing:

Being the first point of contact for customers, providing a first-class service every time.

Coordinating queries with internal teams and contractors to ensure timely, effective resolutions.

Maintaining accurate records and keeping customers fully updated.
*
Contributing to our award-winning service culture by always going the extra mile.
