Overview
Peace Recruitment are working with a high end national house builder and due to an increased workload, are looking to recruit for a Customer Service Manager to be based out of the Falkirk office and cover the east of Scotland.
Responsibilities
* Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
* Provide leadership and guidance to the customer service team.
* Manage and oversee the work of any defects related to complaints in accordance with company standards.
* Complying with responsibilities in the companies HS&E policy and ensure compliance throughout the team.
* Working with contractors to resolve any customer complaints.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in a customer service management role, specifically in the house building / construction industry.
* Experience of managing a team.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
* Full UK driving license.
Day-to-day
* This is a hybrid role with one day per week based from head office and the other four days per week split between working from home and out on site.
* This is a contract role initially with the opportunity to be made permanent after 6 months.
* Meet with customers to discuss any issues.
* Review customer service metrics and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction.
* Liaise and book in any sub-contractors and operatives when required
