️ Customer Care Operative – Rendering & Drylining Specialist
📍 South West Based | 🚗 Driving Licence Required | 💳 CSCS Card Essential
🗓️ 6-Month Contract with Potential for Permanent Role
We are working with a respected sub-contractor specialising in rendering and drylining, and we’re looking for an experienced Customer Care Operative to join their growing team.
Key Responsibilities:
Carry out snagging and remedial works on completed sites (primarily render and drylining)
Perform colour repairs to ensure seamless visual finishes
Communicate effectively with site teams, clients, and residents
Maintain high standards of cleanliness, professionalism, and safety on all jobs
Accurately report completed works and escalate issues where needed
Requirements:
Proven experience in drylining and rendering remedials
Strong ability in colour matching and surface repair techniques
Valid CSCS Card
Full UK Driving Licence
Positive attitude, reliable, and able to work independently
