We’re recruiting for a well-established business in Leicester that is seeking a down-to-earth, switched-on individual to join their friendly team. You’ll be the go-between for engineers, customers, and production — helping things run smoothly from the moment an order lands to the point everything’s working perfectly.
What you’ll actually be doing:
* Coordinating engineers and arranging visits
* Handling customer queries and warranty claims (no scripts here, just good service)
* Booking parts and jobs into the system
* Keeping everyone in the loop — engineers, end users, and the production team
* Spotting patterns and helping improve processes
You’ll need:
Great communication and organisation skills
A knack for problem-solving and keeping calm under pressure
Confidence with systems (Excel, CRM, SAP, or similar)
A bit of technical curiosity — you like understanding how things work
A positive attitude and willingness to muck in
