Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, providing clear and helpful responses. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and order statuses in the company's system. Monitor stock levels and liaise with the supply chain team to ensure product availability. Contribute to improving processes and procedures to enhance the overall customer experience.Profile A successful Customer Coordinator should have: Previous experience in a customer service or coordination role, ideally within the industrial or manufacturing sector.
