Customer & Credit Control Administrator
Salary: £28,000 £30,000 per annum
Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm
Location: Office-based
Are you highly organised, customer-focused, and confident with numbers? We are seeking a motivated individual to join a busy operations team, combining administrative support with credit control duties.

About the Role:
In this varied role, you will play a key part in supporting the customer operations and finance teams to ensure smooth order processing, excellent customer service, and accurate credit management. Your day will involve:
* Collaborating with the warehouse, sales, and finance teams to manage and monitor customer orders.
* Handling order amendments, tracking deliveries, and ensuring exceptions are resolved quickly.
* Supporting credit control by monitoring outstanding payments, reviewing new customer account applications, and assisting with credit requests.
* Contacting customers via phone and email to resolve account queries and maintain positive relationships.
* Supporting customer service by answering overflow calls and providing a professional, helpful response.
* Maintaining accurate records and ensuring accounts are kept up to date.
About You:
We are looking for someone who:
* Has experience in customer service, administration, or credit control.
* Is confident using systems for order and account management (experience with Sage or similar software is an advantage).
* Has excellent communication skills and enjoys working as part of a collaborative team.
* Is proactive, organised, and able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
