Customer Experience Executive - Bramhall - £23,5000 - £25,000 DOE + Benefits
Full-time - Office-based
A fabulous accountancy and payroll company in Stockport are looking for a Customer Service Executive to join their bustling team in their state of the art office in Bramhall, Stockport.

Working 8:30-6pm Monday to Friday, you will:
* Represent the business as a frontline ambassador and first point of contact, a team player with a can-do attitude.
* Deliver a world class customer experience to all employees, contractors, partners and third parties without exception
* Act with honesty and integrity when delivering service support whilst exhibiting the core behaviours and values
* Work individually and collectively towards core objectives, team goals, SLA’s and KPI’s whilst displaying a can-do attitude and positive mindset
* Managing all communication lines - WhatsApp, emails and calls and online presence - Trustpilot and Google Reviews
