My client is seeking a Customer Experience Specialist to join their team on a permanent basis.
As a Customer Experience Specialist you will play a crucial role in enhancing the service experience of our customers. You will become an important part of our Customer Care Team where the emphasis is placed on delivering exceptional service, timely responses, and robust solutions. This position is not simply about addressing inquiries but is instead focused on creating a friendly, trustworthy, and customer-centric environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver outstanding customer service through direct communication via phone, email, and chat, ensuring customer inquiries are resolved efficiently and effectively.
* Build and nurture positive relationships with customers, actively listening to their needs and concerns, and offering tailored solutions.
* Troubleshoot and resolve issues, ensuring customer satisfaction through follow-up and feedback channels.
* Collaborate with various internal departments to escalate and address complex customer requests, promoting a seamless service experience.
* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions, documenting all communications thoroughly in the CRM system.
* Continuously look for ways to improve processes and customer interactions, contributing to team goals and initiatives.
* Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance personal and professional growth, while staying up-to-date on company products and services.
Qualifications:
* Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably within a call-centre or similar environment.
* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively convey information to diverse audiences.
* Excellent problem-solving skills, demonstrating the ability to navigate challenging situations with a calm and professional demeanour.
* Ability to work collaboratively with team members and cross-functional departments.
* Familiarity with CRM systems and customer service software, enhancing service delivery and tracking.
* A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and a commitment to positive outcomes.
