Communicate effectively with German-speaking clients to address inquiries and concerns. Collaborate with supply chain and logistics teams to ensure timely product delivery. Monitor inventory levels and liaise with internal teams to address stock shortages. Resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally, maintaining high service standards.
