Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5pm (37.5 Hours) JR Personnel are an employment agency acting on behalf of a client who is looking for a Customer Relations Manager. This is an exciting role for a customer centric manager working in a dynamic team, where you will be leading the customer service and complaints areas, to give effective resolutions. It would suit a problem solver who loves investigating and resolving queries. You will act as the bridge between customers and our clients’ internal teams to ensure complaints are resolved in a timely manner. Our client offers great career and professional development. Role profile: * Manage, support and lead the team who look after customers and receive and acknowledge customer complaints, investigate them and ensure queries are processed within the agreed service levels. * Review the departments performance * Identifying areas of continued improvement * Recommend solutions * Negotiate with customers * Keeping up to date with the progress of investigations and relaying that back to the customer. * Make recommendations for a solution and negotiate with the customer to gain agreement. * Analyse data, statistics, trends and report them back. Essential Criteria: * Experience working within an office-based customer manager role. * Experience of motivating and supporting a team. * Used to working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. * Highly numerate with strong financial acumen. * Good at investigating and problem solving. * Highly organised with excellent interpersonal and communication skills * Be able to keep your composure in difficult situations. * Experience in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
