What You’ll Be Doing
* Leading the full sales and admissions process, from enquiry to move-in
* Building strong, trusting relationships with prospective residents and their families
* Providing empathetic, knowledgeable guidance during the decision-making journey
* Working with the marketing team to plan events, community outreach, and campaigns
* Maintaining accurate CRM records and following up on all enquiries professionally
* Ensuring that every prospective resident feels seen, heard, and valued
