Position – Customer Sales Administrator
Location - Aberdeen
Salary/Package – £25,397 – £27,000 (DOE) Immediate, Office based/40-hour week/Mon – Fri, on-site free parking, wellbeing programme, pension, life assurance & more
Purpose Of the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Sales Administrator to join our team to provide support to the day to day running of our Aberdeen office.
Experience of working in an office and processing customer orders through to delivery would be advantageous. Full product training will be provided.
Key responsibilities will include
Dealing with customer telephone enquiries (product information & pricing)
Processing orders through to delivery
Delivery routing and stock ordering
Stock reconciliation reporting
Assist in retaining business growth
Understanding customer needs and addressing them
Identifying opportunities to expand Gleaner business, including sales leads
When required assist with admin duties
Assist in providing occasional cover in the yard/store
Key Skills
Strong customer service skills
Experience within a sales/customer service environment would be advantageous
Computer literate
Good organisation skills and ability to prioritise
Excellent telephone manner and written/verbal communication skills
High degree of self-motivation
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with colleagues
Ability to work under pressure to a high standard with good attention to detail
Good geographical knowledge (Aberdeen/Aberdeenshire)
*Progression through the company is possible, with in-depth experience of the role being an advantage, but not essential as full training will be provided where required*
