Strong verbal and written communication skills
Confidence in speaking with customers both face to face and over the phone

Comfort working in a small team and adapting to lone working scenarios
Willingness to learn and represent the company’s services with prideDay-to-day:
Handling customer enquiries and converting them into sales
Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation in the store
Completing administrative tasks to ensure compliance with procedures
Managing bad debt recovery and adhering to health and safety protocols
Operating a forklift (training provided if needed) and conducting physical rounds of the storeWhy this role?:
