Our client based in Woking are looking for a customer service professional to join their team through the Christmas period. The purpose of this role is to support the daily operations of the facilities and handle customer enquiries efficiently and professionally.
Duties:
Respond to queries from customers, providing assistance and advice
Interact positively and effectively with customers and colleagues via email, phone, and occasionally face-to-face.
Monitor systems and equipment
Ensure compliance, recording and reporting any issues as required
Complete administrative tasks, data entry, and record-keeping accurately
Assist with some on-site inspectionsRequirements:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer systems.
