We’re supporting a successful and growing business on the outskirts of Colchester who are looking for an enthusiastic Customer Service & Office Administrator to join their team.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a varied role, supporting customers and internal teams, and being part of a friendly, supportive office environment.
What you’ll be doing:
* Handling incoming calls and emails, providing excellent customer service
* Processing orders and updating customer details
* Managing paperwork, filing and general administrative duties
* Supporting the wider office team with day-to-day tasks
* Liaising with suppliers and customers to ensure smooth operations
* Providing updates on orders, deliveries and queries
What we’re looking for:
* Previous experience in customer service, office support or administration
* Strong communication skills and a confident, friendly telephone manner
* Good IT skills, particularly Microsoft Office
* Highly organised with good attention to detail
* Able to prioritise tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
* Someone reliable, positive and team-focused
