The Role - your responsibilities will include:

Processing and checking completed work through internal systems
Liaising with customers to obtain purchase orders and required information
Managing customer-specific invoicing requirements
Working to deadlines to ensure work is processed accurately and on time
Supporting colleagues across different areas of the business when required
Delivering a high standard of customer service through email and telephone communication
Providing general administrative support to ensure the smooth running of the teamAbout You

We're looking for someone who is:

Experienced in customer service and administration
Organised, proactive and able to manage multiple tasks
A confident communicator with a professional telephone manner
Detail-focused with strong accuracy levels
Comfortable working to deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word and Outlook
