Job Description

Customer Services Administrator (temporary ongoing)

Cramlington (site based)

We are looking for a Customer Services Administrator to join our client, an established engineering company. This is a varied role where you'll be the first point of contact for customers, handling telephone calls, enquiries and emails while providing excellent customer service.

Key responsibilities will include:

  * Answering incoming calls and customer enquiries

  * Managing emails and responding promptly to customer requests

  * Processing orders and updating customer records

  * Supporting colleagues across the business with administrative tasks

  * Building positive relationships with customers and suppliers

Criteria:

  * Excellent communication and organisational skills

  * Previous customer service administration experience

  * A positive, friendly and professional approach

  * Good IT skills and attention to detail

  * Ability to work as part of a small team
