Our client is an industry leading manufacturer supplying B2B customers across the UK. Following impressive business performance they are looking for a Customer Service Administrator to support their B2B customer base
Description
Manage incoming customer orders via e-mail, phone and web portal
Process customer orders via internal ERP system accurately and within agreed timescales
Manage customer issues in a timely manor with minimal impact to the customer
Keep customers updated on any potential changes to their orders. i.e timescales
Work with internal teams to manage end to end order management including production and logistics
Provide customer with support around their needs and any further needsProfile
Experience in a similar role
Experience processing customer orders
Excellent customer service skills
