Job Description
We’re looking for a proactive and personable Customer Service Administrator to join our team. You’ll be the first point of contact for customers, handling queries, processing orders, managing databases and keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes. Main responsibilities include:-
* Responding to customer enquiries via phone and email
* Working in a team dynamic to ensure that teams goals are being met consistently day to day
* Processing and tracking orders with accuracy
* Coordinating with internal departments to resolve issues
* Maintaining up-to-date records and CRM databases
* Providing general administrative support across the team
