What You'll Do:
As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be the friendly voice on the other end of the line, assisting our valued customers in Dutch. Your responsibilities will include:
Providing outstanding customer support via email and telephone
Addressing inquiries and resolving issues with a positive attitude
Ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication
Collaborating with team members to improve service delivery
Keeping up-to-date with product knowledge to provide accurate information
What We're Looking For:
To succeed in this role, you should possess:
Fluent Dutch language skills
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
A positive, cheerful attitude and a passion for customer service
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Previous experience in a customer service role is a plus, but not mandatory
