Job Description

Customer Service Advisor MK43 0YL £13.00 per hour Temp - Perm Pin Point Recruitment is currently recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor to join a growing and dynamic customer service team. This is an exciting 12-week temp-to-perm opportunity, offering excellent progression, a supportive working environment, and long-term career prospects. The Role: As a Customer Service Advisor, you will play a vital role in delivering excellent service to customers across multiple channels including phone, email, live chat, and social media. This is a target-driven position where you will combine your personality and communication skills with the tools and training provided to deliver high-quality results. Key Responsibilities: * Deliver first-class service and support to customers, ensuring all interactions are handled professionally and effectively. * Manage inbound calls, emails, live chats, and social media queries. * Handle up to 50 customer calls per day / 250 per week while maintaining high standards. * Achieve set performance targets, including: * 5 price reductions per week * 2 TrustPilot reviews per week * Average call time of 5–6 minutes * Customer wait time under 1 minute * Provide accurate information and solutions, reassuring customers and resolving issues quickly. * Work collaboratively with the wider team to maintain excellent service standards. What We’re Looking For: * Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal. * A proactive and customer-first attitude, with the ability to remain calm under pressure. * Previous customer service experience (not essential, but desirable). * Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. * Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to customer needs. Hours of Work: * Monday to Friday: 9am – 8pm * Saturday & Sunday: 9am – 6pm * Rotational shifts including some late shifts: 11am – 8pm Benefits: * Temp-to-perm opportunity after 12 weeks for the right candidate. * Full training provided. * Career progression and development opportunities. * Supportive team environment.
