Our clients ongoing success and expanding project pipeline has created an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Advisor to join their tight-knit team. Their customers are at the heart of what they do, therefore this is a pivotal role where you will be the voice of business, managing relationships with B2B clients and ensuring the smooth running of their orders and projects.
This is a fully office-based role in their factory in Kirklees, perfect for someone who thrives on personal interaction and being part of a collaborative team. You will play a key part in maintaining their strong reputation for excellence, requiring a keen eye for detail and a passion for their beautiful products.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Serving as the first point of contact for B2B clientele, handling incoming calls and emails with professionalism and care.
Managing customer orders from enquiry through to completion, ensuring accuracy at every stage.
Producing detailed quotes and managing client amendments.
Developing a deep understanding of their bespoke offerings (huge catalogue!)
Liaising with internal teams to provide seamless service and support for larger projects.
Maintaining impeccable records and using their internal systems to track order progress.What we are looking for:
Proven experience in a customer service and administration role.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional and calm telephone manner.
Highly organised, with a strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
Competent IT user, confident with standard office software and CRM systems.
