JOB TITLE: Customer Services Representative
LOCATION: Annesley (close to M1, easy access from Nottingham and Mansfield)
HOURS: 8:30am – 5:00pm, Monday to Friday
SALARY: £27,000 - £28,000 per annum
Frontline Recruitment is delighted to be partnering with a well-established and growing business based in Annesley. We’re looking for an experienced and customer-focused Customer Services Representative to join their friendly, professional team.
In this role, you’ll act as the first point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service and support by phone, email, and online. You’ll manage customer orders, resolve queries efficiently, and help maintain the company’s excellent reputation for service quality and reliability.

THE ROLE
* Act as the main contact for customer enquiries, providing timely and accurate information
* Process customer orders, returns, and account updates using internal systems
* Liaise with production, logistics, and sales teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment
* Investigate and resolve customer complaints or delivery issues with professionalism and care
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, pricing, and promotions
* Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
* Support the Customer Service Manager with reports and administrative tasks
* Contribute to continuous improvement of service processes and customer satisfaction
THE REQUIREMENTS
* Minimum 2 years’ experience in a customer service or sales support role
* Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
* Confident using CRM systems and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
* Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
* A proactive, problem-solving attitude with a genuine desire to help customers
* Team player who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
* Experience within a manufacturing or distribution setting is an advantage
