Customer Service Advisor

£28,000 - £30,000 DOE

Weybridge | Mon - Fri, 9am-5pm | 6 Month Contract (with potential to be extended)

We're excited to be partnering with a small, growing business based in Weybridge who are looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join their team.

You'll be working within a really friendly and close‑knit team of around six people. The environment is sociable and supportive, and with the business continuing to expand, they're now looking to add someone new to the team.

This role would suit someone with an interest in the beauty / aesthetics / pharma space, who enjoys being hands‑on and part of a collaborative office environment.

What you'll be doing:

Answering phone calls and WhatsApp messages
Speaking to customers and providing great customer service
General admin support
Using an in‑house system (easy to learn, full training provided)What they're looking for:

Someone confident, friendly and chatty 
Happy to be office based - no WFH
Basic computer skills (emails, systems, messages)
Admin or customer service experience is helpful but not essential
Someone local to Weybridge would be ideal
Personality and attitude are more important than experience - they're happy to train the right personThis is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys being in the office, wants to learn on the job and be part of a friendly, growing team.
