P+S Recruitment are pleased to be working on behalf of our clients, who are currently seeking a Customer Service Advisor to join their team based in Great Yarmouth on a full-time, temporary basis.
Role Summary:
You will be working with a customer service team, acting as a first point of contact for incoming customers.
Main Responsibilities:
* Answering the phones speaking with customers.
* Dealing with any enquiries via the phone, email or live webchat.
Person Specification:
* Must have a good telephone manner and confident answering the phones.
* Customer service background within an office environment.
Working Hours:
* Monday – Thursday 08:30 – 17:30 and Friday 08:30 – 16:30
This assignment will be for an initial 12 weeks
