This is a UK-wide remote opportunity for a Customer Service Advisor who can work independently, stay organised, and contribute reliably within a structured home-based setup.
About the Role:
You will handle customer enquiries across email, chat, and phone while maintaining strong response times, accurate records, and a professional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer queries across email, chat, and phone in a timely and professional manner
Resolve order, account, service, or access issues with clear follow-up and minimal delay
Maintain accurate notes within the CRM or support system after each interaction
Escalate more complex issues to relevant internal teams when required
Follow service standards, internal processes, and response time expectations
Identify recurring issues and flag them to support leads or operations teams
Help maintain a smooth and consistent customer experience across all channels
What We’re Looking For:
Previous experience in customer service, support, or a similar client-facing role
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple enquiries without losing quality or accuracy
Comfortable using systems, CRMs, and support platforms
Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Reliable and confident working independently in a remote environment
Nice to Have:
Experience with Zendesk, Freshdesk, or similar tools
Exposure to remote or home-based customer support environments
