What you’ll be doing:

  * Handling incoming calls and building great customer relationships

  * Taking and processing customer orders

  * Coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth deliveries

  * Managing admin tasks and keeping systems up to date

  * Supporting a busy, friendly customer service team

What we’re looking for:

  * Strong communication and organisation skills

  * A customer-first mindset

  * Confidence using IT systems

  * Ability to stay calm under pressure and juggle tasks

  * Previous customer service or call handling experience is a bonus
