The role is fully remote within the UK after a three-week onsite induction. Full company name will be shared with shortlisted candidates at initial screening.
THE ROLE
This is a permanent, entry-level position handling inbound calls and email from domestic utility customers. The team is twenty-four advisors reporting to four Senior Advisors and a Customer Service Manager. Shifts run Monday to Friday within an 8am to 6pm window. No weekends.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Handle inbound calls and emails from customers on billing queries, account changes, meter readings, and payment plans (training given on the specific systems).
Log every interaction in the client's CRM accurately.
Escalate complex cases to senior advisors using the documented escalation path.
Follow scripted-but-flexible call flows for common query types.
Work to call quality and customer satisfaction targets, not call-volume pressure.

Clear spoken English and reasonable typing speed.
Stable home internet and a quiet space for calls.
Equipment is provided. Reliable timekeeping. Shifts run to a fixed start.

Fully remote within the UK after a three-week onsite induction in central Manchester.
Full home-working kit provided: laptop, headset, second screen, ergonomic chair.
Permanent contract from day one. Not agency, not temp-to-perm. 28 days holiday including bank holidays.
Defined route to Senior Advisor at twelve months for advisors hitting quality targets.
Each step linked to a pay-band uplift. Monthly wellbeing stipend of £30.
Funded NVQ Level 2 in Customer Service from month six.
This role suits candidates leaving college, returning to work, or moving in from retail or hospitality. The client trains the role from scratch.
