Role Overview
The Customer Service Advisor will handle inbound customer enquiries across email, live chat, and phone, ensuring timely responses, accurate record-keeping, and a professional customer experience at every interaction.
Key Responsibilities
• Respond to customer enquiries across email, chat, and phone in a timely and professional manner
• Resolve order, account, service, or access issues with clear follow-up and minimal delay
• Maintain accurate notes within the CRM or support system after each interaction
• Escalate more complex issues to the relevant internal teams when required
• Follow service standards, internal processes, and agreed response-time expectations
• Identify recurring issues and flag them to support leads or operations teams
• Contribute to a smooth and consistent customer experience across all channels
Candidate Requirements
• Previous experience in customer service, support, or a similar client-facing role
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• Ability to manage multiple enquiries without compromising quality or accuracy
• Comfortable using systems, CRMs, and standard support platforms
• Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Reliable and confident working independently in a remote environment
• A stable home internet connection and a quiet workspace suitable for customer calls
Desirable Experience
• Experience with Zendesk, Freshdesk, or similar customer support tools
• Previous exposure to remote or home-based customer support environments
