Customer Service Advisor
Fairford
£13.11 per hour
Our client based in Fairford is looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join their friendly and growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering excellent customer service.
Customer Service Advisor Roles and Responsibilities:
  * Handling inbound and outbound calls
  * Dealing with customer queries and providing excellent customer service
  * Booking couriers for warehouse dispatch
  * Data entry and maintaining accurate records
  * Ensuring all spreadsheets are kept up to date
  * Carrying out regular stock takes and counts
  * Assisting in the warehouse
Customer Service Advisor Ideal Candidate:
  * Previous experience in a customer service role
  * Confident and professional telephone manner
  * Previous warehouse experience is desirable
  * Good organisational and administrative skills
  * Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Customer Service Advisor Working Hours and Benefits:
  * Monday – Friday, 09:00 - 18:00
