Temporary Assignment until November 2026We are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Administrator to join a busy team on a temporary basis. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills, excellent attention to detail, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.

The Role

You will provide essential project support for a countywide equipment recovery programme. The project focuses on identifying and recovering specialist equipment that remains in service users' homes and care settings after it is no longer required. Recovered equipment will be processed, inspected, serviced, and returned to stock for reallocation to residents who need it.

Key Responsibilities

Contacting service users' families, care homes, and relevant stakeholders to arrange equipment recovery.
Accurately updating databases and maintaining records.
Managing incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and correspondence.
Providing excellent customer service and handling enquiries professionally.
Supporting the wider project team with administrative tasks.
Tracking equipment recovery activities and ensuring records remain up to date.
Assisting with reporting and data collection as required.

About You

Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage a varied workload.
Confident using Microsoft Office and database systems.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
A professional and empathetic approach when dealing with sensitive situations.
