Customer Service & Sales Advisor

Not looking for someone to just take customer service calls and clock out. Looking for someone who wants their customer service and sales skills to go somewhere.

The role: a customer service and sales position where you're on the phones generating warm leads for our sales team — qualifying customers, booking appointments, keeping the sales pipeline moving. Fast-paced, target-driven, genuinely rewarding when you hit your numbers.

This customer service and sales role is a genuine stepping stone — our Customer Service & Sales Advisors move into full Sales Executive roles fast, with no ceiling after that. While you're building toward it: £24,784.50 base, paid weekly, plus weekly sales bonuses on top (£200-£400 typical).
