Customer Service Advisor

Red Recruitment is recruiting Customer Service Agents in Leeds to join our client, an award-winning customer management company that has achieved GOLD awards from both Investors in People and Investors in Customers.

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with previous technical customer service experience, ideally within financial services. Experience handling both inbound and outbound calls would be highly advantageous.

Salary: £26,227.50 per annum
Hours: Monday - Friday, hours between 8am - 6pm
Contract type: Permanent

Key Responsibilities of a Customer Service Advisor:

Provide telephone and remote support to field agents completing warrant installations.
Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, connectivity, and installation processes.
Guide field teams through troubleshooting steps and procedural requirements.
Monitor live jobs and provide operational support to ensure successful completion.
Escalate complex technical issues to specialist teams when required.
Accurately record all interactions, actions, and outcomes on internal systems.
Support compliance with company procedures, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
Work collaboratively with operational, technical, and management teams to continuously improve performance and service delivery.Key Skills and Experience of a Customer Service Advisor:

Previous experience in a technical support, helpdesk, operations support, or contact centre environment.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical information clearly.
Confident working under pressure and managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes accurately.
