Customer Service Advisor / Temp to Perm Opportunity

Hours: 37.5 / Monday to Friday Onsite / (8-4, 9-5 & 10-6) Plus one weekend per month (8-4) working remotely

The Role

As the first point of contact for customers, you'll play a key role in delivering an outstanding customer experience across multiple communication channels. You'll be responsible for resolving customer enquiries efficiently, handling complaints professionally, and ensuring every interaction reflects a high standard of service.

Key Responsibilities

Respond to customer enquiries via multiple communication channels, delivering first-time resolutions wherever possible.
Handle inbound customer calls in line with service level agreements and quality standards.
Follow up with customers to ensure queries and issues are fully resolved.
Investigate customer concerns and escalate where appropriate.
Liaise with internal departments and third-party providers, including couriers, to resolve customer issues.
Manage customer complaints through to a satisfactory resolution.
Process customer payments and refunds while maintaining confidentiality and data security.
Maintain accurate customer records and update internal systems.
Complete general administration tasks.
Contribute ideas to improve customer service processes and ways of working.

About You

We're looking for someone who is:

Experienced in a customer service environment.
A confident communicator with excellent written and verbal English.
Passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences.
Calm and professional when handling complaints and challenging situations.
A natural problem solver with a positive, "can-do" attitude.
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
Able to prioritise workloads and manage time effectively.
Comfortable working independently while also being a supportive team member.
Adaptable and able to perform well in a fast-paced environment.
Commercially aware with a proactive approach to continuous improvement.
